The Tour of Louth is a cycling challenge through County Louth and across the Cooley Mountains that will challenge and entertain riders of all levels.

Cuchulainn Cycling Club have been organising The Tour of Louth since 2008 and the event was twice voted by the members of Cycling Ireland’s as Leisure Event of the Year.

The 50km route takes the cyclists through Castlebellingham, Ardee, Tallanstown, Louth Village, Knockbridge and back to Dundalk. Those seeking the extra challenge go on to tackle Jenkinstown Hill and the Cooley Mountains, before dropping down to Carlingford Lough and return to Dundalk to complete the 112km course.
